We buy the fish and the produce locally, from the small businesses here, so there is less distance between the source and your plate. There is a chef in the kitchen, and breakfast comes with your room.

There is more on it than this, and the chef cooks what comes in on the boats.
The grounds are planted with mango, avocado, cashew, lemon, papaya, soursop, orange and banana. Pineapples grow around the property, and if one is ready it tends to end up on the breakfast plate.
Everything else is on the property. A pool, a pool table, and a bar and restaurant where the chef cooks what the boats bring in. Boards and bicycles are kept here to take out whenever you want them, and the front desk arranges the boat trips. You only have to say which day.
